Welcome to ClipMira. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. This document outlines the terms and conditions for using the ClipMira video clip management platform.

By accessing or using ClipMira, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

ClipMira is a video clip management platform that allows users to upload, manage, and organize video clips. The service includes:

• Video clip uploads and management
• Campaign organization features
• Secure storage of uploaded content

3. User Accounts

To use ClipMira, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to ClipMira. However, by uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure that:

• You have the necessary rights to upload and use the content
• The content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
• The content is not offensive, harmful, or in violation of our content policies

5. Data Storage and Retention

Video clips uploaded to ClipMira are stored in Cloudflare R2 for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted. You are responsible for securing and backing up your content before the 30-day period expires if you wish to retain it for longer.

6. Prohibited Uses

When using ClipMira, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload or share content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the service

7. Intellectual Property

The ClipMira platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without explicit permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The ClipMira service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of ClipMira after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
